Pumpkin Bars With Cream Cheese Frosting

It’s great for Halloween, Thanksgiving or any fall inspired occasion. Be sure to store these bars in the fridge. For some reason they taste so much better when refrigerate. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs
1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
1.5 cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
pinch of salt

FOR THE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups confectioners' sugar
